Invitation for Bids
The City of Davisboro is inviting all Licensed Contractors to place bids for a Community Center Remodel. Please Contact City Hall for more information ph: (478) 348-4401 or via email Sbrown@davisboroga.gov .
Project Description for the entire Community Center with the exception of newly renovated Center Room and Kitchen.
- Fully Paint and replace flooring to coordinate with newly installed materials
- Restore damaged Ceiling to remove water damage and replace ceiling fans
- Seal two fireplaces to eliminate outside access
- Replace any damaged windows/screens to aid in natural ventilation
- Prepare an Island for Kitchen Area
- Restore all Exterior Doors and inside Storage Areas
- Restore Screens and Stairs to Side Porch
- Restore back Ramp and Stairs
- Pressure Wash Community Center and paint outside trim
Please list as a separate project: Rebuild outside storage building and repairs to stage top of the pavilion. Adding flooring and walls to inside for usage.
Contract Time: All work is to be accomplished upon negotiation with successful bidder. Please state a projected time frame for which your work could begin and be completed.

Payment for acceptable work accomplished will be the completion of all contract work and final inspection of correction items.
The City of Davisboro has the right to reject any and all bids, to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder and to waive any informality in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish business/license documentation required for the completion of such project.
